Booking and Cancellation Policy

• $200.00 required at time of booking, non-refundable and non-transferable
• $2000.00 required no later than the 1st of September. NON-REFUNDABLE, unless booked by another party.
• Entire balance due 8 weeks before departure date or December 1st, 2008. NON-REFUNDABLE, unless booked by another party.
• Helicopter costs payable by cash or group cheque at the time of departure.
• All guests are required to review in detail our waiver (located on the BOOKINGS page) which they will sign in front of our representative prior to flying.
• In case of flight delay due to bad weather, no additional monies will be refunded.  In this instance, groups are responsible for their own accommadation.
